THE ROLE

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing policy adjustments, renewals, and new business enquiries

  • Preparing correspondence, client documentation, and emails to a consistent standard

  • Producing reports relating to claims and financial performance

  • Maintaining accurate client records, filing systems, and reference materials — with confidentiality throughout

  • Entering and distributing data accurately across spreadsheets, databases, and electronic systems

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post in line with established procedures

  • Operating general office equipment and maintaining day-to-day continuity of service

  • Developing into one or more specialist areas: payment control, operations management, or claims handling
